Default Purpose for the big, newish hangar at SJC?

Second post in less than a 12 hours. Hope nobody’s sick of me yet. I probably won’t post again for another year, however. Anyway, there are numerous new hangars on the northhwestern side of SJC. Most of these appear to be operated by Signature. Biz jets are found inside them. The northern most hangar is different than all of the others, however. It is much taller. It’s big enough to house 747s, 777s, etc. What purpose would this serve? Also do some biz jets “live” at SJC? What do the FBOs use hangars for, in general? Cleaning? Maintenance?

A number of large bizjets based there. Bizjet hangars are usually clean enough to eat off of, rubber pads under the tires so there are no marks left.
