OMS is not a sponsor however other clients in the industry therefore the information provided is not found accurate.

Absolute scam. If you don't sponsor the visa, why not go straight to the airlines to get hired and to get sponsored? Then apply for the green card after your time is up. The paperwork is super easy. Absolutely no reason to pay someone insane amounts of money to do the paperwork for you.

If pilot is offered a position by airline, pilot signs a contract with OMS requiring an upfront payment to OMS of $3,000 followed by 48 monthly payments of $800 (total $38,400) which commence when pilot begins working for the airline.
H1B Visas are not handed out like candy.
The legal/immigration process will take approximately 12-18 months to complete. When pilot starts work, pilot starts making the monthly payments described above to OMS.

Yes... true. I’ve work for quite a few overseas carriers. Those airlines had to prove a need to fill the cockpits with foreign pilots. I don’t think US carriers are that desperate to lobby with HMS to import pilots, let alone non-qualified pilots, to fill their cockpits.
