Here's the article where the Treasury Secretary forecast 20% unemployment. Of course he's trying to get Republican Senators to go along with his plan so take that number with a large grain of salt.

There will be furloughs. But that wasn’t the point. You stated the 20% unemployment as forgone conclusion. I had to put it in the proper context because you only speak in hyperbole and try to create your own storyline via conflation.
