Many being indirectly saved by the CVIrus...

According to this info, China has seen more people saved by the CVirus, than the number of deaths worldwide. There have also been a drastic reduction in traffic deaths in China indirectly because of the CVirus.

The two months of pollution reduction, Burke calculates, has probably saved the lives of 4,000 children under 5 and 73,000 adults over 70 in China. That's significantly more than the current global death toll from the virus itself.

Here is the blog post with the data details...

Yup, C-19 is actually a good thing.

If we destroyed our economies and devolved them to a Medieval level there would be no traffic deaths (save the occasional oxcart) or pollution deaths (save the occasional second-hand smoke from witch-burning.)

Let's go for it.

This is probably the dumbest troll post I've ever read.
Congrats!

Citing articles isn't trolling - at least the post nor the poster.
If anything is a troll - it is the article.

Just for a fun hypothetical exercise to pass the time - which part of the statistics behind the article do you disagree with and where is your research to write a counter-article?

At least, someone understands the concept of trade-offs. World-wide pandemic collapsing the economy is balanced by some pollution reduction.

Yep....this whole thing, overblown or not, has order of magnitude ramifications that haven’t even been thought of yet IMO.
I’m certainly not smart enough to think of them, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the trickledown effects are going be harder to deal with the virus itself in the end game.

You already read it.
It's still stupid.
It's still a troll.
You should feel stupid for trying to legitimize it.

So.......you have nothing to de-legitimize it?

Good counterpoint!
