I don't deny the climate is changing. Nobody does as there is scientific proof of that. Now tell me what percentage of that change is man made? Oh you can't. Now show me an accurate model that those scientists have come up with that have come to fruition? Oh you can't because they have all been wrong based on their own assertions of how the climate has been changing.

It seems you don't know many of the words that you write. My comprehension of the ACA is fine and until Donald Trump removed the requirement to purchase insurance from Obamacare last year you could eventually be arrested for not having insurance.

Under Obamacare if you didn't buy insurance you would assessed a tax penalty by the IRS of $695 per person and $375 for any child under 18 or 2.5% of your income or total yearly premium for the national average price of a Bronze plan. If you didn't pay you would eventually have a warrant issued for non payment of taxes. Then again you could get the same lawyer that Al Sharpton got and somehow get away with owing the IRS 4.5 million and not going to jail.

So, their is no settled science on climate change because it is man made? Or because every scientific prediction has been wrong. Instead of admitting that they actually don't know if or how much man is contributing to a rise or fall in temperature or an increase or decrease in storms or an increase or decrease in snow accumulation because now if the statistical norms of the weather change it can only be attributed to climate change.

This is why these scientist had to get away from calling it global warming and even earlier global cooling because for the past 20 years there has been almost no rise or fall in temperature so they had to come up with a more all encompassing name that is harder to see through such as climate change. Now anything that happens with the climate will be because of whatever tax or law they need to pass to get more revenue or control.

The fact that you actually believe this with such conviction, even though it is 100% dead wrong and verifiably untrue, says so much about the state of our country. Pretty much everything else you've said is also wrong.

The level of ignorance in this country is truly disappointing.
