Can’t go wrong with an HGU-55 with all the Oregon Aero goodies.

Flight helmet.com can put a Bose A20 in that helmet as well.
Awesome upgrade!

Thanks for the recommendation. I have an old HGU-55/p. However, it’s not set up for civilian aircraft.

Easy fix. You just need a boom mic with a bayonet adapter, and a set of earphones with the proper impedance.

What type of aircraft? If in a Pitts or Xtra - soft type head cover which accommodates Clarke or Bose. Don’t have to worry about scratching the canopy.

definitely a parachute. This will be for a tandem seat warbird. I’m narrowing down exactly what I will be flying, but starting to investigate all the other costs to include helmet, parachute, etc.

Default Helmet for aerobatics

For sure the HGU 55p and the Bose install from flight helmets.
Done and done
