Both USN and USAF are working on the NEXT gen strike/fighter capability after F-35, and it's going to be manned. There might be an optional manned capability for a loyal wingman, simple strike missions, etc. But anybody who bought into the delusion of unmanned primary weapon systems a decade ago is long since over it now. Reality set in, hard.
