Rick, you brought up antifa as a way to say appeasement worked. We aren’t allowed to disagree that appeasement works differently on different ideologies, and have to accept your assertion as fact in order to post here?

I'm only leaving this thread open because it may be useful for some people to document what happens to pilots who participate in social upheaval (of any sort). Again we are not going to discuss the merits of any ideology, only the consequences of the behavior.

My premise is that once they get it out of their system (the rioting, not necessarily the underlying motivation), that most will go home... especially if they have homes, jobs, families, etc. Could be different if they had nothing left to lose, like the Palestinians. But in the US, this kind of thing tends to blow over (60's, 70's, 90's).
