USAIG suing to cancel coverage

-$75K damage to a Falcon 900
-Pilot didn't have a valid license
-F/O could only fly with a type rated pilot
-Company that owned the jet listed 2 pilots on the policy, neither was flying the jet the day of the accident
-Company unsuccessfully tried to get lawsuit dismissed
