Mercury spacecraft was designed and built by McDonnell Aircraft. Neighbors in St. Louis tucked the astronauts on board. North American Aviation designed and built the Apollo command module. A professor of mine in college was their project manager. The NASA personnel were the program managers. They were not the engineers, designers, and constructors.

Just like the Air Force did not engineer, design, and build the F-15. They wrote the specifications and were the program managers.

NASA employed plenty of scientists and engineers for the Apollo program. i.e. It takes an engineer to monitor contractors that involved engineering https://history.nasa.gov/SP-4104.pdf

Government funding (and managing (not to mention the US Navy)) got us to the moon and back…that’s the point. It addresses the false implication that anything funded by the government is a lie.

It's merely a theory that is unproven, but it is being pushed hard because it suits an agenda. That's not really a conspiracy. you really need to study the history of propaganda and then take a look around at the modern world and all of the messaging on this. If you can't understand that something isn't right then you can't think critically.

Unproven. Should we strive to limit actual pollution? Yes, of course. Clean air and clean water. But not to the point that it pushes us into socialism (which is the goal). And also CO2 isn't "evil" as is being pushed.

So, youíre impugning all of higher education because of some government funding? Yeah right, got it .

Your conspiracy theories which amounts to summation in catchy one-liners are quite the stretch.

I will play along just for the entertainment. What source of funding is immune to putting the finger on the scales of research? Letís see, there is government funding and you have that all figured out. Oh! Got it! Private sector funding. They are always legit!

Yes, the Government would never fund misinformation. Wake up.

I canít think critically because Iím a pilot and trust scientists to be scientist?
What exactly is the agenda you are claiming exists? Please be very specific as to the goals of this nefarious plot.

This is where things always get murky with your kind. Goal is to push us into socialism? Now what alt right nonsense talking head did you copy that from, because that shows that a) you don't know what socialism is and b) it makes no sense whatsoever in any case. Tucker Carlson and such always like to say that everything we do is "pushing us into socialism" because you people react to it so strongly. Explain what is the mechanism where fighting climate change turns anything into "socialism"?

It's like saying we never landed on the moon and the purpose of that conspiracy is to push us into socialism. It just makes no sense. But anyone who is capable of critical thinking should understand that.
