When you are typing a post you can highlight a word and then click the little globe with the chain link - then type in the address where the file is located. I uploaded the video to my web server then linked the "click here" to the location on my server where the file is located.

I do love Jay's sense of humor. His collection in his garage of bikes is even more impressive though!!!!(The cars are good too)
