Talking Nobody has said it yet, so...

Merry Christmas to you all and happy holidays to those of you who don't do the Christmas thing. I hope that this season finds you in good spirits and good comraderie.

To those of you who have the joy of working this holiday season, Thank You. It's not always easy spending the holidays on the road, but it is appreciated by the rest of us that depend on you to get us where we're going.

Enjoy the holidays, and good fortune for the upcoming year. Please remember also to think for a moment and remember the other folks that might not be home with family this year, particularly our servicemen and women that are stationed around the globe.

~Josh

Default Thanks for the post

Flyerjosh,
Thanks for the Xmas post. That made my day. I'm gonna be working on Xmas day, but I'm going home for 3 days afterward to be with the family. Happy holidays to everyone, and Merry Xmas.

Agreed, Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays to everyone here. I'm one of those guys sitting at work tonight, wrapping presents. Forgot to buy wrapping paper but they actually got something right when they made all of my sectionals expire on Dec 22

The visibility at STL is pretty low right now, and I could be hallucinating after watching "A Christmas Story" for the fourth time on TBS but I could swear I just saw Rudolph, or a plane with a beacon stuck on.

Even the ATC guys are getting into it. ATIS monster has a crucial NOTAM right now "Ho Ho Ho"!!

My best wishes to all of you in the 'brotherhood of aviation' for a Merry Christmas and success in the coming year. Some of us have been truly blessed and some have been less fortunate in the past year. I believe that life is a test and sometimes we are given trials just to see how we respond to them. Weather you're just starting out, made it to the top, or have had some setbacks, let's always remember that this is just a job and the most important things are our families and friends. Merry Christmas to all.
P.S. I push off the gate with my sleigh at 1215 today. Ho Ho Ho!

OK, with mike 734, I want to start with airing of grievances!

"I've got a lot of problems with you people, and now you're going to hear about them!"

For everyone else, Merry Christmas. For those of you doing the "Airline Christmas", thanks for being on the job today. Best of luck to all of us as we face the coming challenges, together.

After that we will start with "the feats of strength!"
