Kemper Aviation

Kemper Aviation located at Lantana Airport here in Palm Beach County has experienced three deadly a/c incidents since October 2007. Not sure what's going on over there. The most recent crash occured this morning. Owner/operator of Kemper had just returned from vacation and took over a flight when the original pilot failed to show up.
