umm, let's see...
TITTY intersection in Florida near Daytona
and for all men everywhere, BEERS up here in the Northeast
common ATC sound up here is, "Aircraft xyz, descend and maintain 4000, direct BEERS"... "C & M 4000 and ummm, that was our intention once on the ground, Aircraft XYZ"

VAKEY on one the OTR's leaving Japan. It used to be named ROCKY but it always came out "Vakey" when the Tokyo controllers said it....so they changed it. Also, a fav. is MELON, also in Japan. They hate it when you read back cross "Merin" at 160.

There used to be two fixes on the approach to 14R? at ORD that I thought were great (They have since been changed)
FATHO CRSTL? (Pronouced FAT HO CRYSTAL)
Of course the "tweety bird" approach into Pease Tradeport NH is also a favorite:
ITAWT
ITAWA
PUDYE
TTATT
