It won't be long before management in this country tries this as a new cost cutting tactic.

"Uh, ladies and gentlemen, from the flight deck, uh, seems we have a flat tire here. Our MX and ramp personnel, well, uh, they don't exist actually. So, we'll be looking for some, uh, volunteers, and, uh, you'll find the spare tire in the last overhead compartment. We'd like to thank you in advance for flying <insert sketchy Chinese RJ airline here> and we'll be underway shortly. Oh, by the way, we don't have a jack, soooo, we'll need some extra volunteers."

Corny, this is funny stuff and points out the hair gel pilots' announcement skills : "Uh, ladies and gentlemen, from the flight deck, uh, seems we have.."

Whatever happened to grammar?

For instance, one could : "Ladies and gentlemen, this is captain smith. it seems we have..."

"from the flight deck?" what, who???

That picture is truly priceless. Honestly how the heck did they get those people to volunteer for this. Did they promise them they could each have one more child or something. Here in the states we can even get people to move themselves off the airplane under their own power.

That's awesome. I think I've found a new wallpaper for my computer.

BTW, how come this was moved out of the regional forum? This isn't a regional jet?

" 'Thank God it was only a 20-ton medium-sized airplane,' said one of the airport workers. 'If it were a big plane, it would have knocked us out.' "
