I flew about 450 hours last year between USAF and my Regional job. A guy in my unit flew 900 hours last year, I think he did a deployment or two.

How many of that 450 was military? Was your squadronmates 900 hrs(including possible deployment) above and beyond or would you say that is a fair standard for your community?

In the AF after 20 years I averaged 250 hours per year when I was flying. At FedEx I have been averaging 500 hours per year.

About 750 hours for me last year, working for "Big Purple".

Mid 200's in my current Army Gig. I flew 600+ my first year out of flight school, most of that to Sarajevo and Tuzla on our daily courier. I'll never see those numbers again.

Yesterday I logged the most flight time in a single day, 9.4 hours. The King Air cockpit gets pretty small by the end of a day like that. That was part of a 6 day 40+ flight hour trip though. Time comes in spurts in the Army, and you can never be sure how much you'll log. I may be lucky to get 5 hours the rest of the month.
