Default Logbook Pro and Smartphones

I have T-mobile and am thinking about getting a smart phone. Does anyone know if Logbook Pro is compatable or if it will work on the Wing or G1 phones?

The only thing you need on your phone to run APDL is windows mobile or palm os. The phone model should not make any difference as long it runs one of the two. Logbook pro currently does not make the program for any other platforms and I wouldn't expect any other. Despite repeated requests from current users, they will not write it for either the iphone or Blackberry devices.

The G1 - no.

The Wing? I'm not sure...is it Windows Mobile or Palm?

Bottom line is that you have to have either a WinMo or PalmOS device WITH A TOUCHSCREEN. If it doesn't have a touchscreen, it won't work either.

Good luck!

What exactly do you mean? Both the G1 and the wing have a touch screen. Also some one else posted that it will run as long as you have windows mobile or palm os. Both the G1 and Wing have windows mobile. Im just trying to be informed before I go and spend the jing to get a new phone.

It should work on the Wing.

As previously mentioned, it will not work on the G1, as the G1 runs Google Android. Unless you have a hacked/self-modified version.
