No, not yet. I got more help in getting a job from just having graduated from the same school as the chief pilot. I still don't know if he was alpha eta rho or not. In my experience, AHP didn't matter much. It didn't distinguish us at my university. We didn't have many people in the flight department anyway. Only like 75 or so. The 20 of us that were AHP were all friends with the 55 that weren't, so we all hung out together anyway.

Being a member of AHP isn't going to add any points to your resume (IMO). However the people that you meet and network with, might be able to help you out later in your career. But to be perfectly honest, you can do networking just as effectively through other means... this is just a way to meet people interested in aviation.
