Working out at the gym
On your trips do you guys work out at the gyms in the hotels. I figured it must be really hard to make yourself go to the gym after a 8-12 hour day, and having a flight in less then 12 hours. Unless you have a longer layover, then it is possible to have some time to go work out. The reason i ask, is that i am in college right now, and go to the gym about 4-5 times a week, and if i ever have a long day of flying (xc, stage check, etc...), i never feel like going out to work out. I am thinking it will be the same way when i start flying. I never seen a build pilot, but at the same time i dont see pilots out of shape (there are exceptions to both cases). Even when you guys get home, the first day is to recover, and then next couple that is when one is likely to go lift.

I go as much as I can. When I was on trips if I couldn't go to the gym I would work out in my room just doing sit ups, push ups etc. I would always make up for it when I got home though. If I didn't work out, I felt like cr@p the next day. For me, going actually helped me burn off some of the stresses from work.

Hit the pool
Most hotels have pools, even if no gym- I got a swim belt and that is the greatest workout for me- even after a long day of flying it is refreshing to hit the pool and just swim 'laps' if you will, no matter how small the pool.
