What's For Dinner?

I wonder if early humans preferred NY strip steak, ribeye steak or t-bone steak? :) Or how about prime rib, my favorite? Beef stew, corned beef and cabbage, steamed beef balls, oxtail soup, Big Mac. Hmmmm. Getting hungry.
