Banner Tow

Let's say I'm a part of a private organization that wants me to tow their advertising banner over a city. I am a commercial-rated pilot, but have no experience or training whatsoever regarding towing operations, and no access to an airplane specifically outfitted to tow the banner. How should I go about acquiring the equipment and training necessary to tow for this organization?

It would probably just be easier to hire a banner tow operator.
