Why on earth would anyone in the airlines need something like this?

It is designed to keep your food cool so that it will not spoil as quickly as it would in a container that isn't insulated. You know, people like to eat, partly because people tend to do their jobs better when they're nourished.

That's where I buy mine. They come in different shapes and sizes depending on what I need. Sometimes it's only a two-day trip, sometimes four. Some are small enough to fold up and store in my overnight bag. Another is big enough to hold magazines too.

I've lost 15lbs since I started bringing my food, and I project it will save me about $1500/yr.

It also looks a lot better than those miscolored bags which are more suited for a picnic in the park, rather than a source for 4 days of food.

Because my mommy is not able to make my lunch for me everyday in my He-Man lunchbox. Big boys have to provide their own food.

This is true, but almost comes off as sarcastic. Don't know why, but it made me laugh.

Exactly. It helps prevent weight gain, allows one to enjoy their food slowly because it's readily available, and is extremely helpful to those of us that don't want to spend huge amounts of money of unhealthy, packed full of sodium/fat food.

Do all of these bags hold ice without leaking? My biggest problem with food has been my ice packs get warm after a day and I have to struggle with a leaky bag or steal dry ice from the flight attendants.
