Default Orlando Apartments

Wasn't sure where to put this, but I am trying to find out where the best places to live are near Orlando. Looking for something to rent in the 1200.00/month range and want to stay clear of Orange Blossom Trail and the Disney parks.

Curious to know more about living in Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, or Kissimmee.

Thanks!

There are a lot of good areas in Orlando for 1200 a month. What type of lifestyle are you looking for? If you have any questions I'd be more than happy to help.

Metrowest has a bunch of rentals in that range. Winter Garden and Windermere are more single family homes, but many have some rentals. Clermont is a good 30-45 drive during rush hour, since there's no good direct route toward town. Other than that, there are some nice rentals in that area. You'll pay about the same as Metrowest. I wasn't impressed with Kissimmee. The area around to airport is a dump. There's a nice bedroom communities, but mainly SFH.

I'm currently renting a 3/2, 2 car garage in Metrowest for $1332 a month. We are building a home in Apopka.

PM me if you want any more information.

Hunters Creek. Very nice area. If you like to swing iron on your days off, there are condos and apartment complexes on Hunters Creek Golf Course. Price Range $1000 and up. PM for more info.
