You're right, that's very artistic.

I've hit steel targets with .45ACP rounds quite often and just like in the video, the bullet turns into little brass razor blades and the lead disappears in a cloud.

After watching this I spent a pleasurable 3 hours deciding if the behavior could be best described using particle physics, incompressible fluid dynamics, collision theory, trajectory analysis or some combination of these theories- because all of them come into play in the video.

You must be an engineer...Are you?
I went into engineering (Computer Engineer - University of Minnesota). Don't regret it one bit. I try not to think if I can help it...Made school difficult, but I slogged thru and have a lot of respect for my more intelligent / cerebral engineers...

Background is in engineering yes- physics applied to making better devices such as bullets and movies.
