Default Ladies uniform Shirt Suggestions?

I am having trouble finding uniform shirts that fit me. My neck size is 13inches and I'm 5'8" tall. The ladies pilot shirts tend to come "un-tucked" when I rasie my arms.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Don't raise your arms!

Hope this helps!

I'm not a lady (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn)...

You might try shirt stays (aka shirt garters):
Shirt Stays | Quartermaster
I prefer the stirrup type (pictured here):
Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more

Depending on the metal detector, while wearing these, one can have some fun with TSA. I wish I had a photo of the female agent's face when I explained why I, a pre don't-ask-don't-tell Navy Petty Officer, was wearing garters.

JSH, some stories are best left untold......

That said, if you ever need to tie down some loose cargo.

Ta da ! To the rescue

I'm a guy that's tall and thin. I got tired of the trash bag look. I get custom fitted shirts made to my size. There are many online tailors in China that will make a duplicate of a good fitting shirt, or one to your size preferences.

There are many aspects to a properly fitted shirt. If the shirt comes untucked when you raise your arms, it's probably because the arm hole (where the sleeve attaches to the torso part) is too big.

Costs more, but worth it if you're having trouble getting a good fit.

Shirt stays. You get used to them.

PilotHouse also makes a men's tapered shirt that has worked well for me. I'm not sure if they even make a female shirt but they probably do.

I have several Pilot House tall/tapered shirts. They were an improvement, but still not the fit I was looking for.

Another option for BOZE, is to take the existing shirt you have to a local tailor. Tell them what your problems are and they can make some adjustments to the shirt that will improve the fit.
