Wide body Canadian Capt - 24
Knew someone a few years ago that became a wide body Capt at a Canadian Airlines at 24. Of course that was when the exhange rate was at 60% of the US, so for us in the states that would really have been 40.

Currently, what is the youngest widebody CA at a US airline and at a foreign airline?
We can all name a guy who sailed in in the right place, right time in the past, but who currently holds that title today (5/23/10)?
We've got a 29 year old 76 CA on this thread ('LostInAsia') at a foreign carrier, and a 24 year old 76 FO ('HA717') too. Does anyone know of someone younger in a widebody seat?
I don't think widebody pilots are special, but the seat is generally harder to attain at a very young age, so that's why I ask for widebody only.

dont know about capt but a guy I know in miami was taking his atp check ride and his 767 type at the same time . and my self I work for a small pvt owner and was capt at 25 on a BBJ that's a 737 . but I did have a lot of jet time as a F/o on a G3 . am 31 now and am chief pilot on the BBJ and globel express . and I have a 27 year old as one of our capt on the bbj. and a 26 year old capt on the globel. so as for airlines it may be differnt do to so many people ahead of others.

I hate to be the grammar Nazi, but reading this entire post is akin to fingernails on a chalkboard and makes me worry about our profession.
