I can't stand these types of apologies. Everyone knows you're only saying it because you being forced.

It should have gone something like:

I think its very telling that SWA has changed its disciplinary policy. Looks like the CP let him off too easy for the "head shed." Now, if you screw up at SWA, HR and Legal get to have an input on what happens to you.

I'm sure they'd love to fire this guy, but since they've already "punished" him, they can't hammer him anymore.

They'll leave that to all the F/As he has to fly with from now on.

I read online somewhere that this pilot left Southwest. Is that true? I can't imagine that being true...
