Default Beta-testers for iPhone app needed

Hi there,

I'm looking for beta-testers for an iOS app. It runs on any device with iOS version 3.1.3 or higher (iPhone, iPod Touch). It also works fine on iPad, although not in native mode. I'll probably make a native iPad version in the near future.

The app is a fuel uplift/fuel balance calculator. It also helps with max payload and max fuel calculations.

It's mainly designed for Light Jets, VLJs, Turboprops or any G.A. airplane with two wing tanks. It is NOT suitable for airliners. I designed it some time ago for my own personal use, when I was flying an Eclipse 500 for an air-taxi company. Later, I extended its functionality so it could be used with any other airplane types. That's why I need other pilots to beta-test it.

Anybody interested can contact me by PM or reply here. I'm looking for 5 - 10 pilots flying any of the aircraft types mentioned above.

I'll give some more details on the app, so that anybody reading this can decide whether or not he is interested in joining the beta-testing. I won't mention the name of the app, so I hope the forum moderators don't consider this as advertisement.

Features:

- Editable airplane database. The app comes with 10 pre-defined types, but you can add new planes, modify the existing ones or even remove them.
- Each aircraft has its own spec sheet, which you can (and should) review/modify in order to exactly match the one you're flying.
- Different volume and mass units to choose from.
- 'Available Payload' and 'available fuel weight' calculations based on your inputs and the aircraft's structural weight limitations.
- Dynamic calculations, meaning that every change you make on the input variables, including the mass/volume units, will instantly update the results.
- Simple and fast usability. I wanted quick and precise calculations for refueling/technical stops between sectors in long trips.
- Integrated Quick Help feature describing the interface. Also, a full tutorials/Help section is implemented within the app.

Regards,
Luis
