The only point I can see you making is that you trust a corporation like Exxon more than you trust scientists who specialize in climatology. If that is the case then why waste time trying to convince you of the facts.

You got that right. Exxon and corporate America loves pawns like you.

FD, why do you trust Exxon more? Just curious.

Instead of saying "I don't believe in global warming", why can't people put forth their true fear - the taxation? That's the overwhelming evidence against the "truth" of global warming. Come up with a solution.

Just because we trust the scientific consensus doesn't mean that we think the answer is taxation.

If co2 was the biggest threat (even though the amount that is pushed into the atmosphere is negligible) you would think that shutting down coal power plants and replacing them with clean, cheap and efficient nuclear power would be their number one goal. However, most "solutions" involve Bernie Sanders style carbon taxes on beef, air conditioners and banning trucks. While the real fix of nuclear power is the evil we dare not speak of.

The most striking example of this swindle is that the big polluter nation's such as China and India are exempt from such restrictions.

What this swindle has become is nothing more than socialism on a global scale. The rich nation's will pay the poor nation's under the lie of "climate Justice".

Because ultimately the private sector is accountable to the stockholders and the courts. The Government is accountable to no one. Big Tobacco ended up getting their asses kicked. What are the odds of Hillary getting indicted for doing far worse than General Petraeus?

How many bankers went to jail for the global economic crisis? How much of their ill-gotten gains were clawed back?

Accountable to the 'stockholders'? I hope you're kidding. Please read John Bogle's book, Battle for the Soul of Capitalism. Board of director slates are usually forwarded by management (not shareholders) and rubber stamped by the mutual funds that control 60% of the shares.

As for politicians there are these things called elections. We get the politicians we deserve.

How come Barney Frank didn't go to jail for the global economic crisis? More his fault than anyone else'. We can play this game all day. You know why business is so big, it has to be to buy the politicians.

Barney Frank? One of 435 Congressmen? You need to turn off Fox 'News' every once in a while. Please read up on Glass Steagall, the net capital rule, corporate 'personhood' and CDOs. You might get a clue.

We have bad mortgages because of bad laws. You confuse cause and effect. The bigger the government the bigger the corporation to deal with it. Your solution to global warming more government. How did that work out in Mother Russia. Oh wait they had bad commies our commies are good commies.

Sweetie pie I haven't seen Fox news in two years. Once again you are projecting. What is the largest corporation in the world? Uncle Sam
