Agreed.

You might want to reread the past 10-20 pages of the thread to see who is presenting data and the tone of the respective sides of the debate. Also, nobody has the ability to silence anyone on this forum other than moderators.

Not accusing you, but the pro climate changers in general.

The push to control thought and speech scares the hell out of me and reminds me of Orwell; "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."

Now we have campus and governmental policy establishing that very thing. What's to stop that movement from going further, much less our hope of reversing course?

WADR this is not the reality of the situation. 24 hour news outlets generate this BS often times on behalf special interests. Other than my employer nobody has ever tried to control what I say or how would anyone control what we think?

The campus stories are isolated, overblown and unimportant in my opinion.

Doesn't seem like BS to me. Try speaking out against illegal immigration, or legal immigration of Syrian refugees, or against transvestites using the other bathroom. See where it gets you.

From that ^^^ link...

they have an evermore increasingly ridiculous Climate Science Centre of Excellence that sticks out like the statue of Saddam’s thumb that you will recall got pushed over ignominiously. The commodore of the Ship of Fools who got stuck in the ice and pummeled by blizzards while studying the disastrous effects of global warming on Antarctica had to be rescued by a Chinese helicopter (you can’t make this stuff up) got an award from the Centre of Excellence for the debacle.
LMAO

It is like they've become parodies of themselves.

It will likely get people agreeing and disagreeing with you. Free speech goes both ways and it doesn't mean your argument will win the day.
