No, it is you who simply don't understand how the system works. Who are the lawmakers? Corporations. Fedex lobbyists actually wrote the baseball style arbitration RLA legislation Bush was pushing prior to 9/11. Fred and you must be good buddies.

Add the definition of communism to your reading list.

Yeah Fred and I are best buddies, he provides me with enough income to just barely pay my taxes and keep you in welfare.

China is also far ahead of the U.S. on green energy technology.

China May Lead The Way Against Climate Change | Care2 Causes
China has more people who don't have indoor plumbing than the US has people. Either way you ignore the fact that overall china pumps out the most c02, not that it matters. c02 isn't causing any of this. It's easy to be "ahead" with scams like "Green energy" when you are a communist nation.

Accountable to the 'stockholders'? I hope you're kidding. Please read John Bogle's book, Battle for the Soul of Capitalism. Board of director slates are usually forwarded by management (not shareholders) and rubber stamped by the mutual funds that control 60% of the shares.

As for politicians there are these things called elections. We get the politicians we deserve.
why would bankers go to jail if they haven't committed a crime? Save your socialist populist nonsense for the sanders rally.

I was quite clear that on a per capita basis the US is a bigger CO2 emitter than China and India.

Your lack of understanding of simple facts makes such discussions challenging. Almost every one of your assertions is erroneous so it is not surprising that you have come to the wrong conclusion on climate change. What is clear is that you don't let facts stand in the way of your silly story.

As usual you manipulated the data to push your own agenda. I was alsomquit clear when I said China is the biggest polluter in the world and double that of the next two.

You continue to believe the false narrative of so called climate change when the overwhelming evidence shows otherwise. Either way at the end of the day my side will prevail in policy

Really? Your side? What does prevailing in policy look like exactly?

LOL

Who could forget the hilariously wrong apocalyptic predictions on the first "Earth Day" in 1970? Among them were the end of civilization within 15-30 years, 100-200 million deaths to starvation annually for ten years, urban dwellers having to wear gas masks to survive, and my personal favorite – an ice age by the year 2000.

Every major prediction you enviro-wackos have made has been proven false since the first of you rose up out of the slime.

Warmist fear-mongers pushing a leftist socio-economic agenda crack me up.

1970? Ever heard of 'Moore's Law'? You know what they say. Ignorance is bliss.
