Welcome. I'd like to add to Mike's advice: learn to use the Ignore button; develop a thick skin; pick the good advice and discard the rest. Like any public internet forum, this place has all kinds of people with varying experiences, backgrounds, education, sensitivities, political leanings, emotional stability and intelligence. Just the right mix that spells fun! That is until HSLD finally decides to take the place private. hee hee.
