North Korean Aviation

Interesting post by some guys who went on an aviation tour of North Korea. Who knew that even existed? It's amazing some of the old equipment they still fly there. Wonder what the quality of training is like for their flight crews or where they go to train. Would you guys do this given the chance? Seems risky but quite the adventure!

I wouldn't be interested in "doing" a trip like that but it was very interesting to read about.

While a small sampling, at least their FA's appear to be half the size of the typical US FA. ;)

It's been a long time since I've seen a CRT radar - and the viewing hood for same. Gulp!!!!

That was a fascinating website. For some strange reason North Korea is a truly interesting country. Hopefully it changes for the better though.
