Wanted: eBags Crew luggage parts
 

I have an eBags 22" Pilot Plus roller bag, it's 5+ years old and in very good condition still. Unfortunately, the retractable handle is the Achilles heel of all the bags from this line.

I have replaced it once with the handle from my wife's old bag, (her bag was pretty trashed, and I tool all the usable parts and saved them. Problem strikes again, the handle is failing. It is getting stuck again.
As the line was discontinued over 3 years ago, I can't find parts anywhere.

Does anyone have an eBags Crew series bag they no longer use. I would be happy to acquire it for parts.

I'm working on getting their warranty dept. to help replace the wheels of mine after 12yrs of use. The company's parts website is permanently down and the new replacement product line better reflects a profitability model that is not in the realm of the kind of bag we have from back in the day. Did you ever get anywhere with this issue?
