Spam in this forum
Hey all-
I'm banning IPs, ditching the spam-dumping thugs' usernames, and preventing certain regions of certain countries from logging in (IP addresses are tracked with every post users make. Recent offenders have been posting out of Germany, Russia, and Brazil). Paul and I working on this spam problem. Thanks for putting up with this recent onslaught of forum droppings.
And thanks to our lightening-quick moderators-- you know who you are.

Please don't prevent all of Germany from logging in! I live in Hamburg and I don't know what to do if I can't log in on this site anymore! Nah, just joking, I have a different life as well... But I would really find it sad, if I couldn't log on here anymore although I could understand it. That is really pretty damn stupid to do things like that. I hope that doesn't happen anymore!

Don't worry, we have lots of pilots accessing this forum from Germany-- at least the gang of UPS pilots that is laying over in Cologne on any given day
This vBulletin forum's back-end allows us to block certain regions of countries, so don't worry about us blocking all of Germany.
