fly pers plane for Dr. appt-tax writeoff ?

If my doctor is in one city, and I use a personal airplane to visit the doctor for a bonafide medical appointment, can this expense be deducted from my taxes. Fuel, flight time, etc ? Thanks. This is not coast to coast but a distance of approx 175 NM.

Assume (not that it matters) a Cessna 172 from one city to another.
