Looking for someone
 

This is probably a very long shot, but thought I'd give it a try. I am looking for the captain of a large business jet that landed at KBFI around 12:10 pm today, December 12, 2006. I was in a Cessna 172 with my instructor. Boeing Ground had me stop so you could cross, on your way to Galvin. If you are a member of APC and have the capability, please send me a PM.

If you are NOT this individual, please do not send me any PMs or make inane, stupid or useless fluff comments to this thread. There are many other threads in which you can do that! I am simply looking for someone, not trying to pollute the forums with meaningless and abhorrent commentary about who knows what anymore. Like my late mother used to tell me, if you have nothing nice to say, shut up.

go to the bottom left where it says "airport code" type in KBFI and then look in the arrivals section. It will not tell you the pilot but it will tell you the type of aircraft, when it landed, where it came from, when it left, and who owns the aircraft. It will get you closer to your goal, if you havent already found out. It only tracks aircraft on IFR plans but it is a great feature.

She may not have much luck with that; just out of curiousity I thought I'd look up some of the biz jets that hang around my FBO and it said that the owners blocked our ability to track those planes. Has anyone else ever recieved this message?

Ive actually heard of that...there is a small fee to pay to block your airplane from that site. You can find some good ones on there though. I dont know if it is blocked as of now but Ive seen Travoltas plane on there and then you can click on it and it shows everywhere his plane travels. Interesting stuff.

Thanks, usmc, for the info. I posted here on the off chance that the pilot is an APC member. The easiest way would have been to go to that FBO, but I was running late myself. Why schelp over there when I can just type away on my computer and visit with my other friends at APC? ;)
