Telex headset replacement

I've had a telex airman single ear headset for 3 years and it's pretty much fallen to pieces. I've heard before that if you send it in they'll replace it or at least they used to? Does anyone know what options they offer for pretty much destroyed headsets? Do I just need to purchase a new one altogether?

Thanks!

Yeah thanks genius I did that and they said it'd probably be around 175 to replace but I believe they were bought out by another company and that's when their policy changed, used to be you could send em back for a new one no problem. Try and keep up exaf I know this is difficult for you.

Yep....we're pretty cool all right. So which is it. Did you call them and they said it would cost you to replace it or did you get your answer from a private message. I don't get why you are so angry. My original suggestion was just to go to the source. Either way, you got your answer and I'm done here.
