Does Alaska even dump their own lavs or is all the below wing stuff outsourced to Menzies (not on the list)?

No. This list is all about pilots. Google's number one because we use Google to look up porn.

... You realize most everyone's just trying to have some fun with the list, right?

I can confirm the google comment- this list is all about pilots:D

Forbes (the TMZ of business and financial sources) is cited for the source of this list. Now this is a hilarious list. :D

Where would you rather work?

Can't pay the mortgage with warm fuzzies.

Despite our pilot-centric outlook, this list was not all about pilots. Airlines employ many other folks, and for most of those jobs the payscale is much closer to market rate, not some artificial A/B scale arrangement. Entirely possible a computer programmer would rather work for SKW than AA.

Point taken. I know Skywest is a well-run operation and is probably the best regional to work for.

^^^^ that's gotta be a troll because it's quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever read on here. Skywest is a whipsaw toy for united delta American and Alaska. I've worked for Skywest and now I work for Spirit. Spirit is a 10000000000 times better place to work than Skywest. That's right, spirit. Damn I took the bait.

How long have you been at Spirit? Not implying anything, just wondering. also, the title of the article wasn't "where is the best place for pilots".

I suspect their metrics are much more nuanced.

Happy employees will make happy customers, if employees fall on the other side of the coin customers had better watch out.
