JOKE thread: English Proficiency
 

Since February 11, 2008 the FAA has been requiring certificate holders to have the English proficiency endorsement... Why then do I continue to fly with people who can't speak ENGLISH?? I've had it with this BS!! It's a major safety concern and these guys should't be allowed to crew an airplane. I had some kid speaking French on me the other day!! What in hell is going on? :mad::mad:
