Not a new thing. While stationed at NSGA Key West in 92, a plane jettisoned several bails while being tailed by the feds. One of those bails landed near the access road just outside the Wullenwebber.

The Mr. Real Man of Genius, (formerly known by call sign Sparky), who was paralyzed in 2008 after he clipped power lines near Tucson, crashed and ended up being deported to Mexico in a wheelchair. He's currently petitioning his former employer for an electric wheelchair.
