fellow Aviators, Powerball now at $675Million
It's a lot of dough, would you still fly for the airlines just for fun if you win? Curious...
I wouldn't |
Fly just for fun? Does anyone do that now? I'd be gone.
|
I think $4 million would be the cutoff for leaving and never coming back vs. sticking around just to be 100% sure you and your family are financially set.
|
I'd continue flying without a second thought. I've wanted to do this job since I was five years old and want to continue doing it until I physically can't. I know some people have different reasons for flying but what other job can you say pays you to fly for a few hours to watch a beautiful sunrise and spend a few days in Europe? Not many.
Now am I saying I wouldn't buy a few toys like a Piper Cub and a fancy car? Of course not, you'd have to have some fun with the money. But I still love my job and wouldn't give it up for anything... but that's just me :D Happy flying! |
No way, after the deposit, c ya :D

I think I would quit, start my own airline, but it would look a lot like the old Hooters Air.
Oh, and I'd be number one on the seniority list. ;^) Then in about a year, after the $650 Million was gone, I'd still be a greeter at WalMart. |

Buy a bizjet and fly make-a-wish families exclusively.
