Default Airline Personality Training

I am a CFI building hours while still in school. I have a research paper that can cover anything. I am choosing personalities in the cockpit

For those of you that have gone through the initial training for a regional or a major, what personality training did you receive? Is it as simple as identifying who is Type A or B? Or is it much deeper than that? Do they touch on how to motivate partners in the cockpit? How to give/receive feedback?

I am looking for responses that include personal experiences that include an analysis of what their airline did with personality training.

Clear right
You're right
I'll take the fat one.

Those are new hire personalities sought by regional carriers now a days...

I have never heard of an airline giving personality training. Some airlines administer Hogan or MMPI testing prior to employment, some make up there own version of testing similar to the Hogan or MMPI.

Lol, you almost pulled off a good joke, but with only a single post you can't be taken seriously.

Anyway, welcome to APC.

Looks like this test was failed by a few I've flown with over the years.

Three airlines, no personality training yet. You'll encounter all types in this business, and it will never cease to amaze you how some guys/gals make it as far as they do.

It would be easier to give ballet lessons to a hippopotamus.
