That's what simulators are for. They are going to be F/Os under the tutelage of a Captain who has flown in actual IMC. That's what's important.

It's funny how I post a photo of proud flight team members and others immediately attack them and accuse them of being bad pilots. They are just jealous that they weren't accepted into Riddle.

Mm riddle rats. I always cringe when I fly with an FO who went to the Harvard of the skies. I think my state university was 1/3 the tuition and way more girls.
