That one second one, hella landing, that pilot has some awesome skills and lousy judgement. So, is a good pilot? (Let's presume he was not landing because of some desperate emergency)

The one you thought might be a Falcon 20 is a Falcon 10 or 100.

Mike,

If you are talking about the 747 "Short field landing", I thought that was the normal approach and landing at the old Hong Kong airport.

I thought it was old Hong Kong too. I noticed the windsock is calm so he was just having to really bank it in there. Though I don't think they were all that crazy. It's a shame that when I went I had to fly into the new airport that had only been open for 2 weeks

Wow, Lisbon is awesome! I want to fly there on a windy day... That must be really fun!

Nice video selection!

That's the one. And, no, that is not normal. He should have gone around before the big rudder kick in the flare. He probably should have gone around when he rolled out and had overshot the runway. Still, that was some nice flying in the flare there.

Default Here's a fun one

Cessna Citation lands with a tailwind and winds up in Atlanta Bay. It's a 10min vid but still pretty cool.
