Default Shipping Household Goods/Cars

Shipped my car from midwest using Pasha. They pick up the car from your address then drop the car at one of ports in CA. Then it’ll be shipped from there. They charged me little less than $2500 for the whole process. It will cost about the half if you drive and drop yourself. From the point they pick up the car to the point you pick up your car in Hawaii it took me about 5 weeks. However the process can take shorter or longer depending on their voyage schedule.

If your car has any significant deviations from factory specs (lifted, lowered, non-standard seats, etc), it can also be flagged as a customized vehicle which will mean it will fail at the local safety inspection locations and you will have to go to the grand poobah safety inspection site in Honolulu to pass the inspection.

Hawaii loves it's bureaucracy, (not sure if it's changed) but until recently you could drive around with kids/people in the back of your pickup, but it was illegal to drive with a dog in the back of your truck.
