Default Rotor Transition Program for Hawaiian?

As military rotor trash, I’ve been scouring the interweb searching for the holy grail of rotor transition programs to get me to HAL. I’ve found nothing organic to Hawaiian/Ohana. Unfortunately/fortunately, I’ll be commuting from the islands leading me to focus on West Coast Regional RTPs. I keep leaning to Compass. Game plan is to get through the RTP and build 121 time, keep applying for the HAL lottery....rinse and repeat. Any guidance from you fine Aviators? Is there a hidden HAL RTP Easter Egg?

Hawaiian is not forward thinking nor feeling the effects of a shortage yet. Your best bet would be to go to the mainland and gain your experience up there vs flying in Hawaii. I hope we all hit the lottery

I do not know of any shortcuts for helicopter types. Looks like your plan is the best way to go.

There are a fair amount of former military helicopter pilots working for Hawaiian. No shortcut, or transition program, however I think it is good for the resume.
Probably need 121 time to be considered. Any regional or 121 freight outfit (Aloha Cargo etc.) would probably fit the bill.
