Volcano eruption

Hi guys-

I’m supposed to travel to Kona on you guys tomorrow, bought tickets and noticed that Kilauea is active again. Looking for some local knowledge as to how this plays out. HA issued a travel waiver for May 3-4 but not the 5th. Any experienced info is appreciated.

Typically Hawaiian eruptions are not that forceful and do not effect flying like Iceland or Alaska eruptions do. Should be ok.
