I would not worry until the 24th
from numbers posted here, there are about 40 interview dates, 8-10 pilots per date, that is 320-400 pilots to interview.
and rumor is they only got about 500 apps
with 120-140 slots,
odds are pretty good, much better than any other legacy
my guess they invited ones with strong connections first since they call from classes in order of when you interviewed

So 16 growth (firm) that's about 200 pilots or so (based on approx. Crewing levels). With no retirements to speak of, does that jive with announced hiring plans?

QOL question, how easy is it to drop or trade trips or RSV days. Does HA use a red/green system? Can you trade down like a 4 day for a 3 day? Can you drop individual RSV days? What do average schedules look like for each of the fleets? I have read through this thread but didn't find the contractual specifics mentioned. Thanks!
