Does anybody know if HAL has actually started interviewing pilots already?
From above posts, a few got invites. No clue how many went out.
First interview date is March 30.

Depends on if it's a flex up month, but normally:

330/767 - 75/84/90
717 - 75/87/90

min/normal/max

Trade maybe, pretty difficult to drop. Yes, we use the FLICA red/green system. You are not able to drop individual RSV days. Hard to say what the average line is since your schedule will vary quite a bit with seniority. If the TA passes, everyone's schedule should improve with the increased trip rig(except for the 717.)

As part of the pay calculations for the 717, the contract includes an additional 6 minutes of pay & credit for each segment flown (or landing). This is because the interisland schedules just can't include a lot of flight time because of the really short legs. A typical 6-landing day might only include 3.5 to 4 hours of block time during an 8-hour duty day. To make things more fair - and prevent interisland pilots from having to work 20+ days a month - the segment credit is added to their total pay and credit for the day.

We have a PBS system, so it varies according to how everyone bids. A normal month has a window of 75-90 hours. The company does flex up the window six months of the year to 80-95 hours.

Got the interview invite!
Biggest question I have :

Was told that it was possible to "bunch" all of your days at once so you only go out for one sequence. This was specifically in reference to the 330 fleet. Is this a possibility and if so on the which fleet(s) would that be? I've come to like that type of schedule...thanks in advance!
